The Moody Blues Poems....

Chained Restless Memories

Thru eras of a gone away train I raise my glass and cheer,

Below the new rules I stay true to the last hail.

I still don’t know why my future was killed by the nature of the man,

But trustfully and loyal the man grew, the story told me.

The words of the book fell and all the memories died with it,

Regrets don’t follow him thru the mediocrity of all mankind.

And so the boat floats to the deep blue sea,

The same one that buries the golden age and all that giving grace.

Time after time the vain stories get outdrawn and fail memory…

Chemistry of one never came and lost sight of home.

Words that never where spoken never will be, and chained beasts are feared…

Undone... maybe??

No, just unsettled ….
