The Moody Blues Poems....

No Return

As he pleats for forgiveness…

Shadows follow him into the gutter.

From darker days he lost his mind, from brighter…nothing came.

He feels the sunshine burning the skin,

As he walks along life with no sense…

Today he lives the life alone and gains nothing….

Stumbled in his own faith does not return…

Travels the world without any purpose….

No home to get warm no love to shred his feelings…

But still knows that life is too valuable to lose.

As he finds himself to believe in a greater glory,

The judgment was already taken…no return.

He stands his hand to you,

Screams a prayer and begs for forgiveness.

He never said your name before,

But feels your presence every day…

As the clock strikes 10... he faces a new game…

Empty, faithless he begs for redemption….no return.

At the end...he whispers: "back to the dream" .
